We are constantly trying to handle all refund requests in a positive manner :) We have fantastic customers and such requests don't really happen often. The truth is that not everyone has to be fond of our products. We do everything we can to make the presentation of products as real as possible :) We are responsible for the shipment to reach you "in one piece". However, please be careful and report any damage to the intermediary (courier / postman) if you notice a dented, kicked or damaged cardboard :) Thank you for your understanding! :)

The customer may rescind the contract within 14 days the goods are sent without specifying reasons therefor; Please inform us about your wish to rescind the contract by e-mail at: email@example.com or submit by phone (also SMS) at no.: (0048) 602551412. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before posting a return shipment. It is extremely important to agree and confirm the refund method before returning - including costs. If the Customer does not contact the Seller before shipment, Caprese will not refund the shipping costs.
2) Return of goods
- The Store accepts complaints in justified cases, whereby the Customer shall bear the costs of delivery of the Product to the Store. In the event of a recognized complaint, the shipping costs will be refunded. Complaints about the difference in the appearance of the Products ordered and received, which result from incorrectly set parameters of the Customer's monitor do not constitute grounds for a complaint of the Product;
- After making the payment, the Customer has the right, in the presence of a representative of the company performing the delivery, to check the contents of the shipment;
- complaints are submitted in the "Caprese" shop in Ostrów Wielkopolski 63-400, ul. Kolejowa 6, during the store's hours after prior appointment by phone: (0048) 602-55-14-12. Complaints can also be submitted via the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org - please send us a detailed description of the complaint and photo. (Photo can also be sent via SMS - phone no. 0048 602551412)
The customer will receive the money for the returned Product using the same method that was selected while placing the order. In exceptional cases, we may contact you to provide an account for refund (e.g. when the customer has previously chosen the payment method upon delivery)
